The guitar (Francisco Bros B20 model) has far exceeded my expectations. The finish is flawless. I bought it very much on a whim after reading the spec. on your web site with the idea that I could sell it to one of my pupils if necessary. But I'm keeping it!! (expect another order soon from a friend of mine in Gloucester who also teaches guitar!).

The guitar has a good rich warm tone, normally associated with more expensive guitars, with plenty of volume, even higher up the fingerboard. Excellent sustain comes from the Ebony fingerboard which is angled into the body, as on most good Spanish guitars, eliminating fret noise when played hard.

I would recommend these instruments to guitarists of all levels as they represent outstanding value for money.

The mellow tones and the volume, plus sustained sound attained by the instrument, far exceed my expectation at the price. I find it light and comfortable to play, with an especially user-friendly fingerboard. I am very pleased with my first venture into the Classical arena. I only hope I learn to do it justice. Oh, and aesthetically, its OK also! The case (Kinsman KGC8600) is strong and a snug fit too. My thanks to you for your kind attention and efficient service.
