Acoustic Guitar Pickup (Passive)

This ceramic pickup was the first widely distributed under-saddle pickup. Designed for tonal integrity and reliable performance, it is still popular with discerning musicians, luthiers and repair people. The extremely thin profile installs easily under a single-piece saddle. Designed for a saddle slot width of 2.3mm. and a string spacing (E to E) of up to 55mm.

The Acoustic Matrix pickup is an advanced, proprietary co-polymer sensor. This single sensing element aids pickup balance and reproduces a very accurate sonic snapshot of both the strings and the soundboard. Smooth, natural, transparent response and trouble-free installation make it the premier guitar pickup available today. Designed for a slot width of 2.3mm. this transducer is a favourite choice of fingerpickers and solo performers.
The flat response of the Natural II is a good match for large, "boomy" guitars such as scalloped-braced dreadnoughts and jumbos. Because of its excellent resistance to feedback, the Natural II is also a good choice for all guitars that are played at high amplified stage volumes.
The endpin jack socket which is included in the price incorporates a pre-amp to further enhance and boost the signal. Full installation instructions are included.
